Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@nsvmedcare.com. Returns must be authorized before being sent. Please contact us to request return approval and receive the correct return address. 

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

 

Restocking Fees 
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the product and manufacturer policies. Restocking fees do not apply to returns resulting from defective products or errors caused by NSVISION MED CARE. Reporting an issue within 24 hours does not automatically qualify the return as defective. All returns, refunds, and replacements are subject to inspection and approval by the manufacturer and/or shipping carrier. Items returned in used, damaged, or non-resalable condition are not eligible for return and may be denied at our discretion.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defective product. 

 

Oversized & Special Items   
Large items such as mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and other oversized equipment may be subject to additional restocking fees and special return conditions depending on the manufacturer’s return policy.

 

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers must retain all original packaging and materials when reporting damage, as they may be required for inspection or claims. 


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@nsvmedcare.com.
