Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the product and the shipping carrier used. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment. Certain oversized or specialized medical equipment may require additional handling time.

Shipping Methods
Products may ship using standard ground shipping or freight carriers depending on the size and weight of the item. Large medical equipment such as mobility scooters, wheelchairs, or hospital beds may be delivered by freight carriers.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. NSVISION MED CARE is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect address information.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery Issues
If you recieve the wrong item or experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours at info@nsvmedcare.com so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Shipping Damage 
Customers must report any visible or concealed shipping damage within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of claims. Please retain all packaging and contact us immediately at info@nsvmedcare.com.

Shipping Delays 
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

All shipping timelines, delivery estimates, and issue resolutions are subject to carrier and manufacturer policies where applicable. NSVISION MED CARE is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers; however, we will assist customers in filing claims when necessary.
